In VIDEO I take you through 4 exercises where we lift the corners of the mouth, open our eyes and wake up our brain. Exercise stimulates the glands: hypothalamus, pituitary gland and pineal gland. They are in charge of regulating and controlling our hormonal system.
In the end, we even exercise with our tongue and massage our face to relax the muscles. Half of the success and good results is a massage that provides us with muscle regeneration.
