The liver is our detoxifier, standing in the front line to protect us from toxins that come from the environment into our body. It is responsible for growth and recovery. It also regenerates extremely quickly when we support it with the right food and lifestyle. The liver regulates the use of metabolic energy, coordinating the activities of small muscles, tendons and legions. The organs and bodily functions associated with the liver are: gallbladder, head, neck, eyes, and genitals.

The liver is strongly connected to the hypothalamus, a gland in the head that is strongly stimulated by the second exercise. Hypothalamus is regulating body temperature, emotions and sleep. Its main function being to maintain the homeostasis of the body.

Liver and our eyes

The eye suffers greatly from strenuous mental work, and artificial light (screens) also affects the extreme fatigue of the eyes. It impairs vision. Would you try without artificial light? The whole body and vision will be extremely rested and regenerated. Soon we can see why nature created two types of light: the light of the sun, which glows and invigorates, and the light of the moon and stars, which calms. If you let the charm of the stars work, it will lull you to sleep peacefully and we can quickly eliminate insomnia. The natural way to live with light is incredibly invigorating and rejuvenating. So just go to bed before 10 p.m. and do not view any screens one hour earlier.

Caloric foods such as cooked fats, sauces, fried foods, legumes, sweets and alcohol are the enemies of the liver.
Let's talk about EYEBROWS!
OLIVE OIL therapy

A recipe with olive oil works very well for liver patients: A spoonful of pure olive oil should be drunk every morning on an empty stomach. Since olive oil has an unpleasant taste for many, we can add a few drops of lemon juice to it. The unpleasant taste disappears at least a little. Olive oil stimulates the lazy gallbladder and overloaded liver. In liver attacks, olive oil and garlic, if tolerated, are the only permissible spices. It is also advisable to eat grapes, which greatly cleanse the blood and make it abundant in the fall. And of course the king among fruits - an apple. Always make your food choices organic.

Half an hour after drinking dandelion tea, bile secretion doubles.

The strength of the liver is best seen on the eyebrows. Thick, bristly and long eyebrows indicate a strong liver. It is a sign of increased drive, enthusiasm for sports, anger, passion and also aggression. Physical strength is emphasized in people with strong eyebrows, and they feel betrayed when their body fails due to exaggeration. Thinner, sparser and softer eyebrows, however, indicate a smaller Qi of the liver. These people can quickly have problems with toxins in any form - from the environment or emotions. Anger is not well tolerated and they are prone to burnout. Anger exhausts them. There is little power behind their words. It is especially good for them to take care of a clean liver!
